Every Staff Member Is Carefully Chosen
All of our staff members at Bell's Little Learners are carefully screened, trained and supervised.
Multiple written references on each individual are required and all personnel will be certified in infant-child CPR and first aid.
All staff has background checks and fingerprinting as required by the Division of Youth and Family Service.
We also pride ourselves on a very low turnover rate. The majority of our staff has been with us for between 5 and 10 years.
Building With a Set Curriculum
Drawing on 25 years of experience, we offer a 12-month curriculum in which all children will be exposed to an age-appropriate academically based program. The programs will be interwoven with physical and social activities.
Each teacher follows a set curriculum to ensure that all children are included. Parents have the ability to discuss their child’s class curriculum at any time with the respective teacher.
The school is open 12 months of the year, with the holiday exceptions listed on this page.

• New Years Day Presidents Day
• Good Friday Memorial Day
• 4th of July Labor Day
• Columbus Day Thanksgiving and day after
The school also closes for two weeks a year for staff vacation. The week between Christmas and New Years and the week that leads into Labor day. Early dismissal on Halloween.
