Children in this class start at 6 weeks old and stay until they are "cruising". "Cruising" is when they are good crawlers. In this class all staff follows the parent’s routine with the baby. All parents provide a schedule for the child upon starting and we follow it. We have a 1-4 ratio with a floater in the room to help out whenever necessary.
You will love our unique, homey and cheerful environment, and your baby will develop a sense of trust and anticipation as they get to know our familiar, friendly faces.
Our experienced caregivers will give your baby lots of affection and stimulation. Your baby will always be comforted, safe and secure.
You will both feel especially well cared for by one person.
One primary caregiver focuses on the complete well-being of specific children. Your family will have a designated caregiver who will enthusiastically share the details of your baby's day with you.
You will receive verbal and written reports each day regarding your child's nap, feeding times, diaper changes and special interests, as well as new behaviors and learned skills. This information will help you anticipate your baby's needs for a smooth transition from school to home.
Your precious little one is already interacting with their environment. They can respond to touch, sound, smells and visual stimulation and are eager to explore the exciting new world around them. At Bells Little Learners, our loving caregivers will support your baby's natural curiosity every step of the way.
Early learning can shape a child's life-long learning style.
Today is the day to select your perfect child care service!
We have 2 infant rooms in our Westwood Location, the Jellybeans and the Cupcakes. In both rooms our staff are experienced and caring people. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, caring, and clean environment for you child.
Below is a little detail about each infant room, but please stop in for a tour to really experience what a beautiful program it is.
Children in this class range from "cruising" until they are 18 months. All staff continues to follow the parents schedule with the baby. This is however, our transition class. In this class we transition your child from a baby to a toddler.
Toddlers are full of activity, energy, and questions. Our teachers support the toddlers by providing many learning opportunities through play. The classroom is set up in areas that spark interest in the children to continue learning and asking more questions. They experiment with toys to find answers.
They learn social skills as they play with the other children. Through songs, books, and games they increase their language skills.
Toddlers are given many opportunities to develop large and small motor skills through indoor and outdoor activities.
Curiosity at this age is blooming, and our teachers encourage the children's natural desire to explore and learn new things every day.
You will receive verbal and written reports each day regarding your child's nap, feeding times, diaper changes and special interests, as well as new behaviors and learned skills.
